i had a non-xbox live profile with a high gamerscore then yesterday i find out that when you make a live tag, you are back to 0. ------------------- | |

That doesn't happen all the time, I got to keep my gamerscore when I got Xbox Live. But this has happened to some of my friends, I don't know why. -------------------

Yeahh, it happened to me too; I had something like 600 points in Oblivion (my only game at the time) and I had to start over. I've got the full 1000 now, even though they have that $30 expansion pack. Seriously though, a $30 expansion pack? Is it even worth considering? Plus, $30 for 250 gamerpoints... Why didn't you just upgrade the account you had a high achievement score on. Upgrade it to Xbox live gold status, instead of making another one? | |

Well, look at it this way, too. $30 for 30 hours of gameplay, which is what they claim, it's probably much less. The actual game was $60 for well over 200 hours of gameplay. Break that down, and essentially you're getting much less for your money, and I'd much rather spend my money on something that I will get more gameplay out of. ------------------- | |

Doesn't this happen your Gold account runs out too? I had a bunch of points on Chromehounds and I decided not to renew my account (I had quit playing a lot by then) and my points reverted back to just the silver amount (points I would have gotten if I didn't have live). If I get renew my Live Gold account will the points come back? | |

More than likely; it should be saved on your HDD if you didn't delete the save files, or saved in the Gamertag Database. ------------------- | |

it happend to me .... for example completed quake 4 and had lots of game saves and now its back down to 0 gamerscore and i have saves all over the gamew where it should give you gamerscore :@:@:@: ------------------- gamertag - ABE_rfc
