i am trying to blind the butcher but every time i jump towards him my dagger glimmers but the prince always land on the boses left shoulder instead of his face the same happens on the opposite platform can u help please

This happens to me too. It's a game glitch.

jump off platform wen sword lights up hit square then he will grab you off his shoulder when in his hand knife will flash again when that happens hit square again then he throws u up u land on his face hit square again
