Ok, this is kinda like the game except other people will be making the case, so, there will be 1 procecutor, 1 defense, I will be the judge, and I will try to find out who the detective will be. Everyone else who wants to play will just be regular people.
A regular person can be a witness, or a murderer. if they're neither, then they can say things in court like in the game.
If you've never played the game, please read some of this.

If you want to be a murderer, you must private message me.

(In the private message write:
Who you want to murder (Has to be someone in the thread)
the story of what happened (You must tell me everything, I won't tell it in court, I just need to know everything)
The evidence (murder weapon, found in the crime, red herrings, etc.)
witness information (tell what one or more witnesses might have seen on the scene of the crime)
the blame (who to blame for the murder, if anyone)

and I will pick who the murderer(s) will be, sometimes there will be more than one. I will pm the non-murderers back saying "request denied"
And I will pm the murderers saying "request accepted" and I will also tell them if I have any problems with what they want (witnesses, murdered, evidence, etc.)

If you want to be a witness, you also have to private message me.

I will private message the number of witnesses back (the number of witnesses depends on how many witnesses the murderers want) telling them what they saw one day, where they saw it, when they saw it, etc. and they will be called in at court to tell what they witnessed.

If you want to be a procecutor or a defense you have to promise to come to the thread often, if they are not coming back I will private message them, if they still don't come then they will be excluded from the game and a new person will be picked to do it.

Just private message me with the title "procecutor (or) defense request."
and I will only pick one of each, and private message them back saying "request accepted" otherwise, it'll be "request denied"

Here are the rules of court:

1. There must be a contradiction in your testimony
2. You can lie, but like the last rule, there has to be a contradiction
3. Anyone can object, but not if they see a contradiction or anything, that's the procecutors or defenses job, only to say they saw something in the scene of the murder or something.
4. Only people saying testimonys can lie.
5. The defense and prosecutors can't team up to get someone guilty or innocent just because they like or dislike them.
6. Murderers tell me all they will do, they will not hide anything, or they will be excluded from the game.
7. No one can pm eachother saying if they're murderers or not, this is cheating. Everything you say about information must be in the thread, if you are caught cheating, you will be excluded as well.
8. When I have enough information to start the story, I will start it, no one shall say anything in the thread like "ok, we start now, I've got all the information myself" or anything like that.
9. Don't do anything wierd (Like saying in the thread *stands up and kills judge* or anything like that)
10. If you have a problem with any of the rules just private message me. Don't say it in the thread, I don't think anyone wants to know.
11. If the murderer wins in court I suggest he doesn't yell anything like "I did it and I won!" until I put an ending post in the thread (like an epilouge) and it always ends with the word "the end"
12. If anyone dies they will be alive again after the present story finishes.
