I'm in a situation where I dunno where to go now, I've gotten to the point where I am supposed to check the evidence room(Past the cowboy room with all the .. Western stuff) and I dont know how I get in there.

I also think I am supposed to see a tape when I press one of the monitors to check, she says that we should press the red button below to check the recording, but I can't find it, I dunno how to see the recording.

I've gotten far enough to get the meat thing I am supposed to give to the marshall etc

I got stuck there, too, before. I can't remember exactly where you're supposed to go, but you can't get in right now.

Have you gone everywhere else? Did you give the meat thing to Marshall? I think you need to speak to Gumshoe, too.

I'm sorry I'm not too much help right now, but in this game you sometimes need to go to every single location again and again to figure out what to do next.

EDIT: After checking an FAQ, I found that there is quite a bit you need to do before getting through to the evidence room. (You won't see the tape until later.) You do need to see Gumshoe, then you're supposed to head back to your office, then to the detention center. That should give you a good idea of what to do next. When you do go back to the security area, Marshall will appear, and then you'll be ready to go inside.

I've talked to Gumshoe, and been pretty much everywhere, the only thing that still seems "unfinished" is that captain guy at the police station that stands there, I talk to him but I dont get much out of it. When I ask that girl(The forensic girl) where we should go next, she says the evidence room to check the tape.

I go there, but the marshall isnt there >.<

Hmm... Well, I guess all you can really do at this point is to go to every single area, talk to every single person, and show them every single item you have. I don't really know what to tell you other than that. Check an FAQ and check off the things you've already done.

Talk to the detective sitting at the desk in the Criminal Affairs room. (You must examine him). He'll give you a lost item report made by the victim, Bruce Goodman.
