I actually think it wouldn't be good if they showed Bowser and his wife (If he has one). It'd pretty much spoil most of the Mario fans imaginations of Bowser's wife. I doubt they'll ever reveal anything of the sort anyway. And who knows, maybe Bowser adopted his son? (Even though he has pretty much the exact features) ...

Agree, We don't really need to see Bowser's family ever. It would taint the look of the almighty King of Koopas.

It would be nice to see who Bowser's wife is but I do not think the Mario Staff will be releasing it anytime soon.

Well, I don't really think it'll be good seeing Bowser's wife. And I don't think Nintendo will be revealing this question anytime at all.
