How on earth can you hit the block at the bottom of the staircase and then traverse the staircase to hit the block at the top of the staircase before timer ends. | |

You need to use Bros. Ball, which I'm guessing you don't have. You learn it after you complete Toadwood Forest/Vim Factory.

If you didn't know, you have to go to the Toadsworths for Bros. Ball. Whenever you're in the castle, look on the top screen to view where you have to go. If you see two Toadsworth heads in the garden, go there ^^
