Watch the two Shroobs that stand beside him. When they pull out a poison mushroom, attack that Shroob and the poison mushroom will fall into Swiggler's drink. This will make the Swiggler sick and his defence will decrease. Avoid knocking a normal mushroom into the drink, or else that will cause the drink to heal Swiggler.
