Im having a problem when I load Quake team arena up

Here is what happens on the loading screen.If anyone could give me advice I would really appreciate it

This error is usually cause by installing Quake 3 minimum then Installing the Team Arena add on..

If you want to play Team Arena make sure you install Quake 3 with a Full Installation
