why does tri edge look like kite is that kite or like a messed up clone?i don't have dot hack/vol 4 quartine since they don't sell it any more.

It is kite's character Model, but im not sure there is any connection. I think the creators of .hack thought it would cause a mystery aura or something. it might be explained in the manga.

if im not mistaken i belive it was aura who created "tri-edge"..she created him to protect "the world" from bugs,hackers and things that would corrupt "the world" aura tried creating kite but she didn't have all the correct data..that is why he is all patched up (i may be wrong) BIG SPOILER AHEAD!! ps. if anyone wants to know who the REAL "tri-edge" is, then please ask and i'll mail the answer to you, -------------------  | ||

Yea, Tri-edge does look like kite. After reading your replies I no longer think Tri-edge was kite brought back from the dead to kill people for the hell of it.

I like the way Tri-Edge looks. He looks creepy and I like the whole patch thingy.
