Im stuck. I know there is 2 ways to get into the building but everytime i get in i seem to be lost? i cant seem to find that main target,plus before i even find the dude i always get caught by these other mafia guys. someone please help?

Is this the missions where you have to kill the geeneral yes? In that case make sure you get the soldier uniform near the exit from the sewer next to the truck. Then go to the appartment building and find a window that can let you see into the meeting room. Snipe and get outta there!

Which window is it? I dont have a clue I cant seem to look into any of the windows from outside.

Have you gone up into the appartment block? Go to the thrid or fourth floor and find a window facing the main building in the center where the meeting is taking place.

Look from an open window and into the building to find the meeting.

I went up to the 4th or 5th floor n i looked through an open window but the thing is everytime i looked through my binoculars and aimed at the target i shoot but i always seem to miss the target? HElp me...

You sure this isnt your second time in St Petersburg? If it is then that target is a fake cardboard cut out and youve been set in a trap.

Ah yes, if this is 'St. Petersburg, Revisited' then you have to go into the main building (where the fake cut-out bloke is) and find the guy who has set the trap.. you'll recognise him when you see him, no question I just don't want to give anything away in case you aren't there yet?

Zoom with binoculars I think is set to defaut '+' and '-' keys. Trying looking through the manual? Or control set up menu.

The general you need to kill is sitting down drinking and laughing.

to zoom the binoculars I think it's the scroll-wheel on your mouse (If you have one, of course) and if it isn't that, or '+' and '-' try the 'Page Up' and 'Page Down' keys..

I would test it out and tell you but I'm at college!

The truck where you get the soldier outfit? No I dont think you can, your the wrong side of the building i believe.

Best way I think is to snipe from the appartment block.
