Remeber SM2? There was one rumour that you could find the Lizard under one of the manhole covers, and another one that said if you went to a certain shop at a certain time of day that you could go in and buy alternate costumes. Both turned out to be crap, as will this rumour.

Also lots of this happened with GTA:SA, with Bigfoot and Leatherface...it was fun going on the hunt for them though and taking pictures to fool people.

Damn though, I just wish this game had more replayablity, you know what I mean? I mean, sure there's races, but those are for costumes, and every costume controls the same - so you're really just doing the same thing in a new mask.

If only this had some sort of MMORPG online element, that would've ruled. A city full of Spideys and Venoms duking it out.

Maybe more destrucable elements would've been nice.

I was swinging around and at one of the castles at nighttime the door opens and theres lights flashing on the inside. There is mist coming out of the door, but it is only halfway open. The gates are like that all the time but the door to the castle only opens at night. I tried busting in as Venom but couldn't find a way. Maybe theres something more there, but probably not. It's most likely some sort of Mysterio Easter Egg like the Vultures feathers in SM2.

That would be Dr Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum.

Its a nice effect that shows the players that Dr. Strange is probably conducting some sort of strange experiments in there.
