You'll be able to in the beginning, right after you do a few races and city stuff. Don't worry you can't miss it and it comes pretty quick.

Tips on the rhyno:
Stay away from him until his back's clear, jump onto his back and beat on it until he's about to fall on his back to crush you, then jump out. His back will be on fire again, wait for it to clear and repeat. You shouldn't have trouble doing this, just be careful not to get hit by those flying cars. | |
