just curious what game do u think is better spider-man2 or ultimate spider-man? I think tht sm2 is better but usm has some better parts to it as well.

Maybe I should play Ultimate Spider-Man more first, but I prefer Spider-Man 2 to it. I thought the graphics were weird to me, but that' how the comics are written, I presume. I'll probably rent USM again sometime though.

I thought Spider-Man II was a lot easier and wasn't as much boring. It seemed so like a pathetic racing game instead. If they make like a Spider-Man game with all the comic books combined, it would be pretty entertaining and long.

There is a such thing where a game gets so complicated, it's just awkward.
Spider-man 2 is one of those instances.

Ultimate Spider-man is fun, easy to get the hang of, and I like the graphics and story better.

I liked the story, cutscenes and graphics better, oh and the voice acting was way more...Spidey to me. But SM2 for the size of the map, the combat upgrades and the Boss battles, swinging round the Statue of Liberty? Priceless.

Well, I will go for SM2 in any way.
There are good points and bad points in both sm games for me.

SM2:
Good Point

The good point is that in SM2 you get to collect token which
is fun for me, buys upgrades, The races which is fun to do.


Bad point:

The bad is that you don't get to control Doc Ock in this game.



USM:

Good points:
The good point is that you get to control Vemon
in this game. I aways use vemon in this game.
I do use spider man sometimes. 5% of the time I will
use him.


Bad Point:
The bad point is quite alot of part is tough.
Chasing electro which I hate it,
Chasing Bettle, You must get past his force field
and recuse people which is anoyying,
Chasing Green Goblin he move freaky fast and
when you are recusing people, he will attack you.
Fighting Green Goblin which I died a few times,
Fighting Electro(second form) You can't let him kill spidey
and he will regain his health when he is low on,
Fighting Bettle with Vemon which I died a few times
too,
Fighting Silver Sable with Parker You can't fall into the
water or mission failed.,
Chasing Vemon He moves fast too but nost as fast
as the Goblin though and
Fighting Vemon(all encounter expet for the begnning one)
He is tough. The last encounter one is the most
toughtest.


I would rate it as SM2: 7/10 and USM as 6.9/10
I might go for SM2 60% of the time and USM40%
of the time. So, SM2 wins.

if only the two games could be combined...

This game obviously, simply because I love the comic version of Spiderman and would choose it over the movie.

I really don't see lack of Doc Ock playability even being a factor for comparison.
