	In regards to actual player using him to fly like in Sonic 3, I'm afraid he's no more able fly than in the original cartridge. Perhaps someone's found a gameshark code or something that would allow that, overwriting Sonic2 Tails with Sonic3 Tails. Before adding infinite flight to it, that cheater.
