You automatically get stuff added to it when you complete certain missions and sidetasks. The walkthroughs on this site explain what you have to do and what ones you get. I think there's something like 30 in all. Oh but 2 or 3 are posters which you can just buy at the carnival when you win around 20 tickets each.

It would be sweet if you could like go to the carnival or somewhere.....buy it....and then bring it back to your dorm and put it on the wall. Like a tee-shirt or something.
