How is this game different from Revenge?

Ok, question here. How is this game diffrent from Revenge, beside the platform, and what's so great about it, beside awesome fast racing, amazing crashes and super cool cars?

What's the general jist of this game, that sets it aside the others?

re: How is this game different from Revenge?

Legends sums up the previous games, excluding Revenge.

It has the best cars and tracks from 1, 2 and 3 as well as the Takedown system ofcourse

re: How is this game different from Revenge?

here's the best way to see the difference...credit to Game

Burnout: Revenge

Features:

Revenge is Sweet - It's not about winning, it's about vengeance. An all-new revenge meter tracks underhanded tactics and leads gamers down the path to the ultimate payback. Fight dirty and be rewarded ….
Check Traffic - Think hockey on the highway. Now every vehicle on the road is in play and a potential target - or weapon. Ram traffic into your rivals, slam cars into vicious combo-based pile-ups and lay waste to everything in sight. Don't fear traffic - fight it
Traffic Attack - An all-new traffic attack mode pits gamers against the clock in a mad dash for destruction. It's not about dodging traffic, it's about leveling it by any means necessary
Crash Redefined - Show Hollywood how it's done with all-new open-ended crash junctions. With multiple start points, complex, vertically-oriented tracks and hundreds of cars begging to be decimated, Burnout Revenge is the king of crash
Grudge Match - Punish a rival enough and they'll develop a grudge - and then you'll need to take care of them personally in an all-new grudge match
Built to Battle - Designed for maximum carnage, Burnout Revenge's tracks are loaded with massive jumps, multiple paths and nasty chokepoints to deliver the ultimate brutal car combat. Vertical takedowns and in-race crashbreakers open up new avenues for destruction
Car Deformation - with more than 3 times the car deformation in Burnout 3: Takedown, Burnout Revenge lets gamers literally rip cars to shreds
Car Classes - All-new cars in three classes (race, muscle and crash) accentuate different play styles and power up, physically transforming as they become more powerful
Untouchable Speed - Burnout Revenge delivers unrivaled, retina-searing speed that can only possibly be topped by the real thing
Real World Locations - Burnout Revenge features tracks spanning three continents and inspired by real-world cities - from Detroit to Rome to Tokyo.

Burnout: Legends

Features:

Irresponsible Speed - Burnout Legends captures the series' blistering speed and intensity, delivering the fastest, most dangerous racing experience available on the PSP. Blinking is overrated
Best of Burnout - Burnout Legends includes completely redesigned versions of the best tracks and crash junctions in Burnout's history - all revved up for aggressive driving and maximum takedowns on the PSP
Wireless Multiplayer - Gamers can take down their friends in four-player WiFi action in Race, Crash, Pursuit and Road Rage modes
Customizable Championships - The Burnout Legends wireless mode lets gamers create multiplayer race series that cycle through multiple events … keeping players behind the wheel, not searching for matches in the lobby
Unlockable Surprises - Each copy of Burnout Legends ships randomly with 5 of 25 unlockable cars. The additional 20 can only be collected by playing friends in WiFi challenges
Game Share - Gamers can upload a level of Burnout Legends to their friend's PSP so they can both play - from just one UMD.
Crash Mode - It's in there! A new scoring system does away with multipliers, challenging gamers to strategically launch their car into traffic in search of the biggest, Hollywood-style crashes imaginable
Pursuit Mode - The cops are back! Get behind the wheel of all-new police cars for the ultimate game of high-speed cat-and-mouse
Gameplay Modes - Burnout Legends delivers enormous variety with a total of nine gameplay modes, including Crash, Pursuit, Burning Lap, Road Rage, Eliminator, Race, Time Attack, Legends Face-Off and Legends GP
Championship Structure - An all-new progression system offers frequent rewards, keeping gamers coming back for quick bursts of on-the-go action
