Sweet. I see by looking at screenshots that they've added the classic Burnout blur to the game for the extra feel of ultimate speed.

I just ordered this game...
Is it a lot of fun? Are there a lot of different cars to choose from? Can you upgrade em and stuff?? And how long do you think it'll still be fun. This message was edited by Zakdawg on Sep 13 2005.

Well, IGN gave it 8.5, but I personally don't care about some of the small niggles they found because I don't have any other Burnout games. I'm getting this along with my PSP in October!

Man I finally decided to buy a new PSP game after not playing it for a while and I got this. It's awsome, this is the most fun I've ever had with the PSP,this will hold me down until Grand Theft Auto releases. The graphics are the same as Midnight Club 3 and Need For Speed but a little better. But enough about the graphics it's the gameplay that's holding me down it's so fun.

re: General Discussion- The Legend In Your Hands |
quote ZakdawgI got this game a few days ago and I love it. I've loved Burnout 2 and 3, and this game plays almost exactly like Burnout 3. I had high hopes for this game being great, and I was not disappointed at all. In fact, it's better than I expected it to be, since I felt really let down by the PSP version of Need For Speed Underground. The speed and intensity is there, and it feels exactly like the other games as far as the control, and the steering, and the skidding around corners. And when you take another car down, like in Burnout 3, it does that slow motion dramatic camera angle so you can watch it, which I love. I feel like I've been playing the heck out of it, and I'm only about 10 percent into the game. So it's pretty large. All in all, I'm extremely impressed. They did a GREAT job with this game!!!!

I just got this game today, even though I owe my parents £15 they gave me for it
anyways I have loved the Burnout series and hope to add Revenge to finish the collection, Burnout 3 however was the eye opener due to the takedown feature and I am happy they haven't took it out...already I have smashed my usual record of 30 takedowns in a matter of 15 minutes, in all I have exceeded 108 in 4 races...this has to be my favourite game for the PSP I own so far, I thought Ridge Racer was good because it combined all ridge racers together but this is even better and I haven't even begun talking about Pursuit mode anyways I will be around this forum for awhile ------------------- ![]() ![]()

I got it in a bundle with PSP. I wouldn't have chosen if it were to come seperate. Although now I've grown to love it.

I am a long time Burnout fan. I got it immediately after purchasing my PSP and it didn't let me down.
