Can anyone help me with this. I've already set it as an exception in my fw, direct connect bc i though it might be an issue with the fw in the router and turned of the uac just in case that was the issue....

It's probably down temporarily. Yesterday I could only upload one thing at a time, and had to restart the game to upload another, so I imagine the server is just under heavy load atm.

Yeah, I got this problem too and its really bugging me. I've had the creature creator for about 3 days since i wrote this message and nothing works, all the other internet based things work, like what im writing here now. Could someone please help!?

My roommate is experiencing the exact same thing. For the sake of trying to resolve this, please answer truthfully
Did you download and install the leaked copy of the Creature Creator at all?

I have the leaked copy of the demo, and it works fine. I don't think that's the problem.

i cant connect to the spore server and i have the game and im going through a modem no router involved. i cant register at all ive tryed it 4 times over 3 hours and turned off my firewall and everything and nothing works.

Same here, altho i do connect trough a router, i wonder if theres a port that needs to be open, or if the spore server is just gone fubar. ea tech help are about as usefull as throwing your pc out the window. havnt been able to find anything at all on spore.

I've been trying to register since the thing came out. Even bought the full creator and I still cannot for the life of me register.

I was able to get to the registration form twice so far today, but I still cant get in and i've been clicking "retry" for 3 hours now after filling the form.

Unless if EA REALLY REALLY fixes this load issue, there is absolutely no way this game will work when its released with the capacity or lack of they have now.

Very depressing. I was REALLY looking forward to this game.

I havn't downloaded any of them yet because when I go to their site it say's internal internet server.

heres a nice update, i have cable internet, coming in trough a router, and 2 pc's are on that router, they share the same internet connection.

My own pc, cant connect to spore server.
My brothers pc, no problems, can register and login just fine.
tried logining in my spore account on my own pc, no go. still doesnt work.

now im wondering how it can be that certain hardware cant connect to the spore server? im using the same windows, the same firewall, the same router and the same connection. on my pc it doesnt work, on my bro's it does,
