Does anyone know the location of the 4 VB Transfers on the Venice Beach level are, I can only find 3 of them and also I can't figure out how to get on top of the flagged rails on the Bullring level to get the money up there, hope someone can help.

K, the 4 VB transfers:
1. When you start out go where there are three ramps (i think to your right, don't go down any stairs its on the same level when you start out) you have to go from the one on the far right to the one on the far left or vice versa.

2. K from where you just were, you can see it from there (Don't go back the way you came) you will see two ramps with a space between them that's not it but there's another one up close to the building. You have to go from that ramp and gap the roof to a ramp at on the other side of the building.

3. After #2 you go to where you jump over the first hobo it has two ramps on one of the sides of the triangular building and two on the other. All you have to do is gap the tiny part of the roof or the point of the triangle.

4. Its on either side of the Venice Ledge. Gap the ledge.

To get up to those rails in Bullring. On the outside of the course theres angled walls use them as a jump until your up one more level (you should get a gap "Up to the stands" or somthin') now keep goin' around up there until you see a jump. Get some speed off the ramp and go off the jump at the perfect angle. Grind, Keep your balance. There should be 2 bills on one rail. Do the same for the other rail.

Ohhh if you meant the italian flag rail i don't think you can grind it. You have to jump off a ramp under it.
