Yeah, very odd indeed, but to answer your question, I would say Zhang Liao full-stop, Cao Pi is rubbish in my opinion, the only advantage to Cao Pi is that he is the only one in the game that has a 10-hit evolution combo not a 9-hit, press the charge button at the end of his 9th hit and he will cast a death orb that has the effect of the shadow orb.

I think that zhang liao is better, as cao pi is more of a leader than a fighter. Aswell Zhang Liao is one of the ' 5 tigers' or another name( sorry i have forgot it) as cao pi is not.

I mean historically, Cao pi was not at all good at offense, but good at leadership.

Cao Pi was just a leader i highly doubt he could do anything besides lead men.

Zhang Liao proved a couple times that he could kinda lead and hold his own.

how did you even come up with a Who is better, Zhang Liao or Cao Pi?
i mean its only obvious i dont even know 1 battle where Cao Pi actually fought in, like actually killing ppl, Zhang Liao was 1 of Wei's ultimate badassess, he helped in all the major battles from when he joined Wei to when he died, come to think of it i dont even know how he died(maby he didnt die, maby hes Aghhhh), ohh yeah Zhang Liao is cool hes even in my banner.

Zhang Liao by no contest. he is a much better fighter, and he can stirke fear into people, where as Cao Pi is just an annoying person who thinks he is good.

Cao Pi is better by blood (being the emperor of Wei and all), but Zhang Liao is better in terms of everything else. He's one of the few people who're both good fighters and tacticians.

If cao pi had some better moves he would be better.
zhang liao has the same attacks as lu meng and pike generals Only for him, he's got other charge attacks
