With what i saw at websites such as ign this game looks more detailed and more fun than wow,everquest, and other mmorpg games out there. The people who made the game did work on Everquest when it came out so this is pretty much what Everquest and so on would of been.

I've been out of the MMORPG thing for about 2 yrs, but may be getting back into it as some of my old guildmates from Everquest are planning on checking it out. From what I've seen and heard, it looks pretty good. I'd like a better risk vs reward system than what we saw in EQ, plus less downtime(ie, camping mobs for 8-10+ hrs for a chance at getting the drop you need).

More play less wait, i.e. very little down time.
On top of that Im looking forward to the diplomacy system, which is the main reason Im going to play Vanguard.
I hope PvE will be interesting and not only a mean to get to pvp. Daoc *cough cough*.

I expect a lot, especially in housing. I've played a lot of wow and ffxi. They were both good games but from what I've seen this game is looking very impressive.

The housing is one of the best sounding points to me. The fact you can choose where you build your house, and what it looks like etc. is awesome. Same for the customizable ships.

Yeah man, you can turn your house into a tavern, then give people permission to enter and move around items or anything. The level of detail is really amazing, yet I still heard that you're unable to actually sit down in the game. Kind of confusing actually..

The sheer freedom of the game is what I look forward to. Im playing WoW at the moment, and I feel like im moving around in a completely static world...which I actually am. Go Vanguard, Im gonna preorder the guild edition.

I was just planning on pre-ordering it. I can't wait to get this game, for now I have age of empires 3 to play.. but that'll only last me a few days.
