PC games are not region specific, however unless you know the language well and the computer has the correct language packs installed for the characters to appear correctly it's pretty much pointless to bring a copy across the ocean.
I'm not even sure if there is any mods available to switch the game to English. | |

I'll keep it short and sweet.
Namco-Bandai Japan made a big mistake by releasing Fragment. They were operating at a loss - the servers shut down at the end of November 2006 - meaning there was not enough support to begin with. ------------------- | |
