I rented it, and I have to say that Im not really impressed with it at all.
I found Shadow of Rome to be worlds more enjoyable than this game is. Tedious, Monotonous, Boring, Frustrating, all these things can be said about Colosseum. The fact that there isnt even any gore in this game really ruined it for me. A Gladiator game without blood and gore. Wonder who thought that idea up? | |

yeah there should be gore an MORE BLOOD i rented it by the way so far its good not bad but Shadow OF RoMe is awsome
the creators should of put more blood and gore in this game especially since its a "GLADIATOR" game  | |

The game just came in the mail for me today. I haven't played it yet, because I will be PS2-less until this Tuesday. I'm almost afraid to play because all you people are making it sound like a complete waste of time and money! Oh well, I got it cheap off of eBay anyways.

The stroylin is what the title is. All you do is collect money to win your freedom. And just to win arena challenges every single day on the game. Well, I've played the game and I love it. Although I haven't gotten that far yet. Anyways...

It's simple. For example, the right wing of the bird symbolizes YOUR right arm. If it gets damaged, the birds wing will get weaker until the red zone. If it's flashing and you take one more hit, you arm will become broken. So every part of the bird, symbolizes every part of your body.

No, there is only an Armory in the 'Atilius' Arena. Items vary, each time you go there. One day there will be helmets and swords and the next day there would be arm and legs shields.

No. The only Arma is at the Atilius arena. I havn't varified 100% if there is another Arma in another Arena besides the 'Atilius'.
