Hi, I have been playing the standard mode. Hadn't started campaigns. I advanced to the point where alien buildings are available. It's 2059, Alien Telescope should be available but no. At requirements appear a needed building called Artifact but there is nothing I can build with that name. The alien buildings need this requirement which makes me suppose that it should appear some how but nowhere says anything, like a certain amount of attraction or money.
Can anyone tell me how could be acquired that artifact?

The artifact is something you get around 2050. You don't build it, the "aliens" give it to you lol.

do you have a telescope and a science lab? you need both of them for the telescope.
