in tiger woods 06 ive got handicaps turned on in the course setup screens yet after playing dozens of courses my handicap stays at zero. ONE time i got my handicap to go down but i had to reformat my HDD soon after and i cant remember how to get my handicap to work again. any one able to help me here???
