You're really not missing much, honestly... the game is nowhere near as good as previous console ones, the maps are okay but not that varied... and the missions aren't that varied either.

I too want this on the PS2, I have it for the PSP and IMO apart from a few things/problems I had to get used to such as a shorter "draw distance" (you can barely see 15 foot in front of you because of all the blackness) and sometimes you can roll through walls into bottomless pits the game is brilliant, I mean, it's easier for me to say what it CAN'T do, rather than what it can...ah ha, bullet points!

Good Points:

• Tons of characters to unlock to play as (20+ ? Onikage and Ranzou are amongst these)
• Ad-hoc multi-player (Vs AND Co-op)
• At LEAST 4 official stories (including Onikages)
• Create a mission
• Create a story (with sound effects, script, customised prologue...and epilogue if you wish) to add on to your mission...which you can then go "Ad-hoc" on if you wish/designed it for.

Neutral points:

• Onikages' Attack power has been toned down

I'm kinda gutted about this, but can see why as he has his own story so if Onikage had the attack power from Tenchu 3: Wrath Of Heaven, all the story would probably be done in about 30 mins lol.

Minor niggles:

• No Infastructure mode (at least officially, I don't know about un-officially).

You cant play as: (some people I would have liked to have been in it as the playable list is so long anyway lol)

• Lady Kagame
• Suzaku (a costume/move list change for Onikage perhaps)
• Lord Me-Oh
• The "is that it!?" guy and/or his sister (or daughter, I can't remember atm) from Tenchu 1 ("cross the checkpoint" mission)
• The guy with the 2 swords and eye-patch from the end of Tenchu 2
• Dr Kimira
• The brother and sister from Fatal Shadows
• Tenrai
• either that big zombie thing from the Cemetary in Tenchu 3 or the other big thing (what accompanies the woman with the wolf...Ganda?)

Bad points:

• Shorter draw distance, this isn't really THAT bad though, it just takes some getting used to (just remember the number where they can see you on the "radar" kind of thing and stay under it)...although I can remember doing a few "blind" stealth kills on occasions lol.
• rolling through walls...don't roll towards a wall while next to it...best advice I can give I'm afraid lol.

Please note that if you're just going to count the bullet points about plus and minus points, then please remember I rounded up about 20+ playable characters in to 1 bullet point lol.

Bottom line: I can play Onikages' Story, I'm happy without all the extras lol!
