Hi i was considering buying this expansion or whatever you would like to call it. Is this worth to buy?

No it's not. UNless you don't have XBOX Live, never plan on getting XBOX Live and you play offline multiplayer a lot. Because right now it's free to download online. Regardless, I douldn't waste my money on it. Just like try to get Live, use like a free trial and download them free.
