OK, so I installed FIFA and everything works fine. The graphics aren't as good as I'd hoped, but I blame my graphics card. My problem is that every time the ball goes out of bounds/there's a stoppage of play, everything gets slowed up. The animation is frame by frame and very slow. However, as soon as the ball comes back into play, everything is fixed and runs normally.

What could be causing this? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
