how do i capture it? it is to big for me to try captering it and when i try to it moves and i have to start from the last known wsaved spot

i can't remember how i got steelix, but all i remember is i had help from other pokemon, get a lot of pokemon to help you beat him.

we do have to use pokemon but i cant do it because one hit and i have to start from the last save point. only two pokemon i know will help is snecial and plusel
