Im in london and the tickets are missing so i go everywhere in the hotel cleaning and im gathering the last bit is that door next to our room because a floating smiley thing is over it. But nothing i do will let me open it am i missing something?

you have to go to the lift and go down a level. Then you will see there is MORE cleaning to do. After cleaning it will say something. now don't know what to do ok . the cleaning might help. sorry if it doesn't help
