	2 player would be awesome, they have it in a form already with Mission 19 and Doppelganger, so hopefully ploughing through with Vergil and Dante may be in there. Who gives a damn if it doesn't fit with the storyline? As to what happens to Vergil turning into Nelo Angelo, as I said in this thread, I really hope that's where they're going with this.

	That image is available in the original DMC3, I don't know what you have to do to unlock it, but its one of the pieces of art you can win for doing, something or other. And yes, its very cool . ------------------- Words Are Weapons

I don't know where they got their info from so until it's confirmed I won't put it on the Portal, but I thought I'd put it in here. ^^ quote Game Information: The Special Edition has many new features that the regular game did not, these are: Vergil has his own movelist, cutscenes, weapons and walkthrough. Notice that he can actually use 3 simultaneous Devil arms at once (1:53-2:00, he starts with Force Edge, does air combo with Yamato and ends with Beowulf combos. He is also able to use the special formations of the Phantom Swords.). You can access the other features in the game with Vergil like Mission of Trials (discussed later) and Mission Select system. Mission of Trials. Sort of like Bloody Palace (that's what the educated guess is) which takes place in a grey Temen-Ni-Gru like level. It seems that just about every enemy can be fought in this place for some practice/combo exhibition. Both Vergil and Dante can play this. Update graphics, especially lighting. This is obvious thanks to the constrasting new/old footage in the trailer. The best evidence of this is when Dante releases some Artemis shots in the Chamber of Hells, some nice visuals to say the least. Cutscene viewer (called "Demo Digest"). Allows you to see any unlocked cutscene in the game at any time. A rumour spreading around is that the cutscenes may be editable. New "Very Hard" difficulties which would have most likely replaced "Heaven Or Hell", here is what the lineup would look like: Easy Normal Hard Very Hard Dante Must Die Gold and International modes - checkpoint system option: -Gold = Infinite checkpoint system, can purchase Gold orbs to revive on the spot (very expensive). -International = Checkpoints limited to number of Yellow orbs, which have to be purchased (not expensive). Nelo Angelo Confirmation! Special LDK costume for Vergil that allows him to transform into Nelo Angelo. DMC1 fans will take notice of this, as Vergil is actually Nelo Angelo. Nice little bit of fan service right there.

	Any chance of it coming out in the UK? Its just that my PS2 is PAL and so I think it'll be incompatible with foreign games. Also, will I be able to play my saved games on it - by saved games, I mean those played on the normal DMC3 game? Or will the program won't recognise this and I'll have to start all over again?

	I was wondering if this will be a DMC3 whith new levels where you can play as Vergil or DMCSE will be Vergil's game where you mostly or always play as him and you watch the story from his point of view

	There do appear to be new levels because from the trailer you can see locations where you didn't fight before. How far the storyline goes with Vergil (ie. does it stop at mission 20 or do we carry on and fight Mundus) we're not sure yet, not enough information's been released. quote haseeb Does anyone know when the special edition of devil may cry 3 is coming out in north america. 	We don't know if it will contain the original DMC3 game on it or not yet, I suspect it won't and it'll only contain this new version. I think you'll get to use Dante in this new version though (maybe using Dante/Vergil in each other's levels where they don't actually appear as an unlockable feature or something) because there's a clip of him fighting somewhere which isn't in the original game. Time will tell though.

	New Column on the official site, with movies!!! The first movie shows one of Vergil's combo with Yamato; the second, one of his combos with Beowulf (different than Dante's); the third, a combo with both Yamato and Force Edge at the same time; the fourth, another combo with both swords where he starts with Force Edge instead of Yamato and seems to be knocking the opponent with Yamato still in its scabbard before getting it out. Then, there are 4 still pictures of Vergil battling enemies, and I don't remember either the enemy in the top right hand picture, nor do I recognize the room with the heads pillars... anyone remember seeing this somewhere? 	Holy shit that's bleeping awesome. Looks like there's still going to be plenty of opportunity for diverse combos. Still no indication of if we can use all 3 weapons at once but that Yamato/Force Edge combo was badass. His indiviual Yamato and Beowolf combos are ones we've seen him use against Dante so that was expected, didn't expect the double combo though. I think the third and fourth combos are the same, one's just slowed down. The room with that pillar looks to be the place where you need to knock those 2 blocks into place, that makes all 3 heads at the statue at the end pour blood out or something. You pass back through that room in the mission where you've got the Neo-Haywire generator and in constant Devil Trigger. Also, unless I'm mistaken that enemy in the top right picture is the Durahan or however you spell it. The thing where you need to attack it from behind where that red gem is. But I'm not certain.

	D'oh! I think you're right about movie #3 and #4 facepalm. Yeah, I did think that enemy looked like a Dullahan, but I really couldn't remember the room... and I'm still not sure it's it.
