seems so. in devil may cry devil could too now but for dante and vergil just really hard. in ff7 sephiroth is almost a god and has a appearces of a angel. god vs devil. holy crap.
the truth is sephrioth would win not takeing anything from vergil. only one way this be even if they had no powers.

Close match, I say, but I think Sephiroth has the upperhand. Regardless, Vergil would definitely be forced into devil triggering. But you must also note that, being half-devil, he can't stay in his devil form forever.
