To upGRADE your house, have enough money and have a couple of hearts with Woody, Kurt and Joe. When you have enough money and x amount of lumber, talk to Woodey and select "Remodel." Then choose what building you want to remodel, which will be your first house. Then choose what to do with it.

Well, I'll explain in basics. 1. You must have enough money and lumber. Otherwise it is impossible. 2. Woody's work shop is where you get the house upgrades. Remember, it's REMODEL, not new construction! 3. Choose the upgrade you wan't. I recomend Lv. 3 so marriage is possible. 4. They will have it finished in 1 to 3 days after you request it on the game.
