I spent all my time writing that guide in hopes of learning information from other players for the better of all players of this forum AND YOU CLOSED IT! That pisses me off, hurry up and open the guide section because I want to get more knowledge on my game.

The guide section has always been open. You can submit and FAQ, Guide, Walkthrough, ect. for this game here. ^^

Ok, I would like to discuss a rule that isn't broken a lot but it can be, its called memberating.
Lets say you see a thread about making money but you know that there is a thread about it in the index. All you do it say "I found this in the index, here" and give the link. Don't tell them what they are doing wrong or say "this thread will be closed because there is already a thread on this". Thats memberating. If someone is doing something wrong either give them a link or don't post at all, I'll take care of the rest. In regards to duplicate threads and spam, my rule of thumb is if the thread is spam, report it and don't post at all. Thats just adding to the spam and will be deleted anyway. If the thread is on a question that was answered already, give them the answer or a link to another thread. If the thread is anything else, post away. ^-^ I just thought I would let those of you who don't know the basics of posting in this forum or any neoseeker forum. | |

I'm not totally sure if this belongs here but would it be appropriate to make a thread for a list of faq links and helpful sites about harvest moon mm?
There's not a ton that I've come across so far, and some of the information in some is different between the guides. But I thought that maybe if people had different resource options they would be able to figure out what works and what doesn't on things that people are unsure about. | |

I like it. Especially the green color that the links turn when you go over them with your mouse. It fits the forum. ^^
