My advice to you: Stop making backgrounds completely from brushes. Try using filters and stuff to create bgs as well.

I'm trying to look up tutorials for backgrounds, since those are really what I suck the most with. I don't really have any eye for what I can do with filters. I just do whatever at times. ¬.¬

I'll look more today. Although I know my computer's going in to Best Buy later today to get the CD-RW replaced, so I prolly won't be on for some time.

Well, if you're using Photoshop 7, try duplicating your renders and putting a motion blur on them (angle 45, strength 100). Then set to soft light/overlay on a lightly brushed BG. That looks alright generally.

Weird....Greiga's dead, yes i agree last time i checked we had a 87ppd average and that was when the deadness hit in..this thread as always is going to skim on it's skin for posts until a new gd is opened and then everyone returns for some weird reason and we spam the heck outta it....
