Spell check is your friend; that silly "hve" could have easily been caught and you could have changed it to "have" before submittin the post and making yourself look like a complete fool. Percent symbols should be written out to read "ten percent" instead of "10%." Using a colon, I can introduce a new clause--a sentence in itself--and offer a point or explanation to anything in the first clause. I'm in the green for my grammar.
