The reason this forum is dying is because it is being forced to die. We don't have a moderator and that prevents us from having any general discussions. This forum was a lot more active when those threads were there, but they are being locked because the lack of a mod. I don't think it'll kill anyone if we had a moderator here, Steel Magnolia told me this forum is dead and that is the reason for no mod, but what about the Devil May Cry 4 forum? They have like 4 mods there, and no one even posts there anymore.

On topic, I have been playing Tenchu Z a lot lately, but you guys can send me an invite whenever you are online, I'll glady join your rooms. Once again, if you see me on Gears of War, it's not me playing.

This forum is not being forced to die at all. The reason it is dying is because of a lack of things to discuss. That happens as a game gets older and especially with fighting games too. It is not nearly active enough to warrant a mod. Also, even if a mod were to be promoted, it wouldn't automatically allow you to have an off-topic general discussion thread. It would be up to the mod in question to choose whether they let you have one.

As you said, the forum was steady when those threads were active. but they were not DOA related. So you could all move to another dead forum and post that stuff there and it would appear active.

So can you see what I'm saying? You guys were more often than not, discussing topics other than the game.

Anyway, they are the rules that I, as a mod, have to enforce. I am sorry about that, but that's the way it is.

If you mean the PS3 DMC4 forum, then that only has one mod. So I don't know where you're getting your information from?

No need to apologise. Also just so you know for the future, if a forum has a mod, their name will be put at the top right of the forum. Just click the 360 forums link under my name to see what I'm talking about. Apart from Super mods, who can moderate any forum they wish, mods can only moderate the forums listed under their name. So if another mod comes into this forum and posts, they cannot moderate it. Only I can because it is in one of my sections.

Sorry if you knew that, but you gave me the impression that you didn't know how the system worked.

Hey, i still have to play DOA4 and continue retrieve the lost S rank that never got recorded on my achievement list too you know <_<

the 6000 rank kills in a week of Gears literally distracted me from things i remembered in alot of video games, even Hayate's damn raijin looks difficult for me to do freely now =.=;
