well i believe he is because when the mystic is talking in the end she is saying how she sent solon on some type of mission and it shows farrons picture(the armored guy) so i say either it is him or just someone that wheres his armor hoping to be as great as him

yes it is if you go into the palace to the left there is a picture of king solon it looks just like a armored guy.
