so how is it over there... |

I dont have my 360 yet and I want to get either this or call of duty 2. Impress me people why is this game better? I really like the way it looks, I liked the first one for the N64, Is this one as cool? How are the graphics? have you guys had any problems with overheating cause theres a really nasty rumor going round that 360's are overheating or glitching. Just lemme know...

I'm on the second to the last mission, and
it's been awesome! CoD2 (at least the demo) was availabel to play at Best Buy, and I can honestly say I was not impressed. I think any game not unique to the 360 will not boast the quality of a 360 only title, as they have to dumb-down the graphics for the other platforms. As for over heating, yes it gets nice and warm, but I've seen/had no problems with it so far. I've left it on for over 12 hrs. and it was the same temp as when it had been on for 5 minutes. No matter what is built, there will be a few with flaws, as we (meaning humans) are not perfect, and a non-perfect being cannot make a perfect one. -------------------

Oh really, then I have a question for you.
Is it short because on g4tv I saw the dude from rare say that they designed each level to play hundreds of times rather then the 5 to 20 that halo was. I took from that statement that it is a little short single player wise. btw I like your post it was easier to read so I will post like this now ------------------- ![]()

it all depends what you want you want i have both, online perfect dark zero is better without a doubt, for graphics call of duty 2 is amazing, by pound for pound perfect dark zero is the best.as for over heating its fine in the manual it says keep the 360 in an open like area people are prolly packing them in small places and they are over heating due to no ventalation.

Just dont leave it running in a house that is above normal temp of the system. Otherwise overheating will occure. There is no reason to leave it on anyways, just have it on when you are going to play.

In PDZ The enemies seem more intelligent, and it has parralax mapping for some sharp textures, the middleastern town and temple are probably the best looking places in PDZ. I will probably play all the way through COD2, but I don't think it has as much replay value, so I don't think I will keep it, even though the graphics are pretty good. PDZ has a lot more achievements to unlock.

Yes, the game is short, but you can un-lock
weapons and use them in any mission to make for the insane replay mentioned. There are 14 missions (0-13) total, and 4 levels of difficulty for each. -------------------

how hard are the difficult levels? im assuming agent is ridiculously easy ala PD but is perfect and dark agent sufficiently hard enough to make only the best complete it?

quote Mill MillOne of the guys on rare said he would be afraid to run through even the first mission on perfect agent (I think anyway it was the hardest) because he would get his ass handed to him...I'm assuming. I'm thinking it will be like halo though easy=never die perfect agent=seemingly impossible(at first) ------------------- ![]()

I love PDZ! I havent bothered re-setting up my Live account yet so I havent played online, but the SP and MP with bots IMO are really, really fun. Plus the whole console is pretty darn amazing.
