Calling all skilled PD Zero players |
|
First off, im not advertising!
For anyone who enjoys the single player game there is an Elite Club at www.the-elite.net Here we play single player missions of GoldenEye and Perfect Dark to acheive the fastest possible times. With the release of Perfect Dark Zero on our hands, the inevitable 'PD Zero Elite' is underway. There is already a forum where the PDZ owners are posting their own personal records (PR's) and videos. The rules are simple, no cheats of any sort (only applicable if cheats are found or if a Gameshark is released), you can use any weapon you have unlocked and you need to be able to provide proof for any world record times. You wont need to worry about proof at the moment since its only just starting up but once everything has kickstarted then proof may be called. If anyone is interested in battling for fast times then feel free to post your times on this forum for now. Once the PDZ Elite rankings is up they will be transferred. Any questions just ask me. I hope some of you are interested in this! God speed! ------------------- ![]() Banner by Hitman3 ![]()

Well it does half seem like advertising, but I've seen other sites around where people try and complete games as fast as they can. Often they use some kind of glitch or take an unorthadox approach. I saw one for Sonic 2 the other day and even though it's a comparatively simple game the guy took routes I'd never even thought of using even though I've played the game hundreds of times.

quote Deathman48wow reli? i didnt think glitches existed in 2d games. crazy. t-e.n is the only speed related site that i know and I was part of the original PDs Elite. It was extremely fun finding out glitches (like the one where you can fall to the elevator on the first level and thus finish it in 6 secs!) and special tricks (self boosting for example) and the like. Completing games is all very wel and good but when you approach it from this aspect its completely refreshing and amazingly addictive. So far on PDZ the most impressive run is on Nightclub: Stakeout. But im sure many more tactics will emerge By the way, a bunch of PDZ videos are here: http://www.gaming-elite.de/upload/Perfect%20Dark%20Zero/ if anyone wants them. If you need help on a level then they are pretty good to look at for tips anyway! This message was edited by Mill Mill on Jan 02 2006. ------------------- ![]() Banner by Hitman3 ![]()
