I saw that there were a number of people that had questions about the achievements and why they weren't getting them. There are a couple reasons why you haven't gotten them.

1) You didn't play the game entirely, beginning to end
A lot of times people join player matches that have already started and think they will get the stats for the achievement. You won't. You have to play from the starting lobby to the ending lobby. No joining in progress or quitting. Even if it is Rounds Survived, Headshots, Players Infected etc. instead of games played.
2) There is something wrong with your disc
I have not experienced problems like this, and don't think it is truly responsible for not receiving an award.
3) Confusion
The Rounds Survived achievement applies to Eradication, not Infection or Onslaught. Some people may be confused because they all have a Rounds Survived type postgame stat.
4) Booting
I don't know if this can be responsible and would like somebody to check and PM me so I can update this message later because I cannot play the game at this moment in time. What I mean is when you boot the last person besides yourself and the game ends OR if you are booted.

minutes survived is onslaught. i have that one. and im preti sure, from other people who have the acheivement that the rounds survived one is for infection

Eradication Achievement: Rounds Survived
Infection Achievement: Players Infected
Sabotage Achievement: Property (Value) Destroyed
Onslaught Achievement: Minutes Survived

any game that has rounds in it you can get the round survived.
and if you quit the game early you dont get the stats joining early you still get the stats.

Rounds survived only applies to Eradication games.

This game gives SOOO little game points. You get 60 points just for beating the first level on Veteran in Call of Duty 2. In this game, you have to get like 10 or 20 achievements to earn that much.

its swings and roundabouts tho. sure you get very few gamerpoints for each acheivemnent - but there are loads of acheivements for you to unlock

I think pressing start a few seconds after the match has started is part of the problem.

it all depends on how hard the game designers work on the points system. everygame has 1000 points to give out. Call of duty is all single player where games like perfect dark and Dead or Alive are a lot of online as well. so the points are spred out a lot more.
