Where it says (GMT-7), the -7 means -7 hours from the Greenwhich Meridian Time, though that is not to be confused with General Mountain Time (GMT). (CNT) is Central Time (North America) and (PAC) is Pacific Time (North America). If you live in any other time zones, please include it in the PM you send me, as I can't remember them (at all).
