Guild Name: Chaos Guild

The Chaos Guild made it their goal to spread chaos and anarchy in Tamriel. They do this by throwing garbage in the streets, drinking, throwing stones at stuff, and also dislocating and rearranging people's stuff when they're not looking. Also, there's orgies.

Uniform: Whatever you want, as long as you wear the Nipple Rings of Chaos and the Sacred Chaos Hairdo (Mohawk).

Armour: No Armor. Fighting will be avoided as much as possible.

Weapons: Anything you wish. Except dildos, those are just gross.

Spells: Invisibility, Frenzy, Charm and any spells that disarrange things.

Rules: 1: Stealing from other guild members is very much tolerated, since property is theft anyway. Stealing something valuable from a guild member will increase your respect among the other guild members. Getting caught however will decrease it, and they will call you a dumbass.
2: Killing other guild members is forbidden, unless they ask you to, or you're really really drunk. Sometimes its tolerated to kill a guild member who is a dumbass (see above).
3: People wearing a "Kick Me" sign on their back must be kicked.

Benefits: Drinking, Orgies, and spreading Chaos and Anarchy in Tamriel. What more do you want?

Unless it is obvious, I believe each clan or guild should give its charter (ie, its purpose).
