I've heard of people who can get their speed to like 7000 and stuff, I currently have my speed at 100 without potions or anything, but how can I make a spell/potion that will make him really fast, and that won't wear off?

Or if you just want a temp boost; get Restoration to 100 and make fortify speed 100 for 10-50 seconds. Make one spell with a high duration and more spells (however many you want) with a progressively lower duration. Cast them, in order, from highest to lowest duration and enjoy.
