	After recent quick PMs between myself and BluePhoenix, we've decided that we really need to clear out the "stub" category on the Wiki. There's really no reason why it should even exist in my opinion, meaning pages should be updated with more information right away. While I understand things don't always work out the ideal way, that isn't the current point. What we need from you guys is simple. Anyone interested will need to simply reply to this thread and you'll be added to the list. I'll keep a running tally here in this first post. After about... a week let's say, we'll start to distribute the work and make sure everyone knows what to do. For now, if you're interested in helping out with this and you already know what to do, simply "sign up" and you're free to get right to work. If, at anytime before, after or along the way during this project you have a question, you can PM BP or myself and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Also, although he knows nothing about this project, former Wiki Staff member Nyff will more then likely be happy to help as well. What is a stub? A stub is a wiki page that doesn't have enough information to be considered a full-fledged page and is therefore group with other pages of the same type into one category. *BluePheonix1990* - Profile / PM Him. *Kinganubis2* - Profile / PM Me. *Nyff* - Profile / PM Him. Although volunteers will have no real added power, you'll be my new favorite minions and you'll get a cookie for every two stubs you eliminate. Volunteers ~~LostGateToCruelty~~ ~~Twilight~~ ~~Leut~~ ~~Kaitsith~~ ~~TheFallenOne~~ ~~MastaC~~ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As of *10/23/09* we have *487* stubs. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's how this is going to work; ~~each volunteer will be partnered with someone else. Each team of two will be responsible for a set number of stubs.~~ You must organize at least 75% of your designated stub set before you are given a new set. This means that, while you aren't expected to completely fix all of your set of stubs, you still need to chop it down as much as possible. This isn't a school project so there isn't a time limit or huge penalties for not doing the work. However, the same rules that apply to Wiki Staff members will apply to you guys. *You must fix at least* five stubs every two weeks. Of course that won't occur until things start to settle down at everyone's "adrenaline" wears off. Okay, now here's the guidelines: Each stub is categorized as that because it, Doesn't have enough information. Is a page that is disorganized or isn't formated right. In order for a stub to be considered "fixed" it must, Contain enough detailed information to be both informative and helpful. Be formated right, usually including a picture with a caption. Not be an eyesore. We want people to come to the wiki and not only find what they're looking for but also have such a positive experiance that they tell their friends as well as come back themselves. Here's an example of an okay page; this was considered a stub until BP and I figured it has enough information. THAT is what we want pages to look like at minimum*. Here's an example of a page that is a stub but is actually almost there; this is actually semi-close, all it needs is a picture and more detailed information. This here is an example of a stub that isn't necessarily close to being passable; this page is on a guy that is famous enough to have alot more information put about him. 	Yeah you can put a pm link for me in the first post. I don't really have much time to commit myself to the wiki anymore unfortunately, due to school, sporting and gaming commitments. I'll try and make the occasional edit though.

That's really no problem man. I just didn't want to leave you out of this since you've done so much for the wiki and you're a former staff member. As for you other guys, you don't have to be an expert to help out. We really just need people to organize the category and to go through and decide what we can keep and what needs still more information. Our goal would be to get the category down to a number that is easier to manage. Personally, I'd love to not even have that category in the end.
