What you have to do is right before entering the battle (this can be done by reverting to the "checkpoint" before the battle), bring up your char screen (Y button) and equip some accessories on Shu. With even modest equipment on Shu, this becomes a very easy battle. Yeah, that's the problem, if you equip the items you had equipped on the last battle, you're exactly as stong as you were..... -------------------
