I don't need help on them, I need to know where the hell was Master Chief during these levels. I know at the 8th level Master Chief was at the High Charity but where was it and where was the control room area?

This is the Halo 3 forum, you're thinking of Halo 2, the forum of which can be found here. However, to answer your question, you controlled MC during the second to last level (High Charity). What happened was when the Arbiter and Chief met up with Gravemind, he used Halo's teleporation ring to send them to different places. MC he sent to High Charity, the Covenant capital, and the Arbiter he sent to the area where the control room was. During the last two episodes where you controlled the Arbiter, MC was simply in a different area. Hope that answers your question

No, the thing on Earth wasn't the Ark, but a special slip-space field to transport people to the Ark. Even when High Charity crashes onto Earth MC and the Arbiter were already off it.

So that new look Halo is the Ark? Well I got that now but a few stuff I still can't understand.

1. At the end of lvl 7 after you beat Truth, what is that huge thing popping up at the scene, if you know what I mean.

2. If that thing wasen't a Halo then which Halo was Master Chief at, at the last level because when he activates the Ark (I think), we can see the Halo you are in, in the sky.

I'm sorry I'm asking lots of questions, it's just that I'm really into the Halo stories.

If I know what you're saying correctly, the thing that "pops" up is a replacement for the Installation MC destroyed in Halo:CE. The Ark is actually a factory to create the Halos. During the last level of H3 you're on that Halo. The goal is to activate it so that it will explode, destroy the Ark, and thus, the Flood.

After Destroying Installition 04 back in CE the Ark Began Building A replacement one. But as you can see it wasn't ready to fire and firing it would cause it too explode. So Chief goes to the recently landed High Charity, Picks up Cortana who has the index for 04, activaites the ring, and then flies off in a ship where he.....

Neither MC or the Arbiter was on High Charity when it crashed into the Ark. They were both - gasp - on the Ark.
