i cant get it. i looked up how to get it, i watched a few youtube videos which worked for them, but i still cant get it. i am [think] i'm jumping through the rught rings, i kill all the flood then do it, but it still doesn't work.

only things i can think i'm doing wrong is
1) is having music on during the level affecting that?
2) is ring 1 the ring from the door you enter the room is or is ring 1 the one from where Truth is? [cause then maybe i'd be going backwards]

Music would not do a thing, and the ring from the entrance is ring number one. You're probably just not jumping through the rings properly. You actually have to clear the bottom of the ring and jump straight over. You can't touch the ring, you gotta go through.

Have you tried doing the entire mission. I couldn't find it before because i started at the closest rally point but when i did the full mission and went through the rings i found it.

I found it by jumping through the rings in the way you first come in, did you try 4654534?

ya i started at the beginning and played all the way through.

i also just realized after the Arbiter kill Truth and you press the button, the rings go dull and dont lkight up, is that it? do i have to do it before killing Truth?

No you should be doing it after you kill truth. I dont know why it's not working for you though.

try doin solo, if it doesnt work, do it on coop

It has to be done on normal or higher difficulty. If you're doing it on easy the skull won't show up.

i did it on heroic once and normal twice
