It's still not the point, alot of gamers are alreay pissed at the Rankings itself.

It's already bad enough that points are awarded for not actually having to win the match, but instead killing people and still losing, its merely an insult.

I'm glad they're fixing lots of the games problems. I'm really happy about the cheat detection system. If it works well, then we don't have to worry about people cheating all the time. I just hope they fixed the "out-of-map" glitches.

But that "no names appearing in ranked matches list"? That's not a fix. That's just a step backwards. Especially if it wants to be big as Halo.

The thing is, Epic doesn't give a shit if you're mad over that. Even though most of their fans told Epic they wanted to invite friends to ranked matches, Epic wants to do the exact opposite. They believe 99% of players only play with friends in ranked matches to boost. Which isn't true. I understand what they're trying to do, and I respect that, but there are many people who aren't trying to boost, and we have to suffer with the boosters.

Well your not surposed to play Ranked matches with friends anyway so l don't see what the big deal is.

it also stops you playing with friends against random people..meaning the only matches you could play with friends would be against other teams of friends..which would suck..

Yeah, as stated they were doing a good job up until the no playing with friends in ranked matches.

What the *bleep* are they thinking?! The boards were screwed from when the game launched because boosters took advantage. I don't see them opting to clear the boards. Its still not impossible to boost, it just slows the process. Meanwhile the rest of us who like playing with friends wrather than random assholes in a match that somewhat matters have to suffer. People get kicked from player matches all the time, so I can't rely on those for online play. This is so frusterating to the point where I'm typing like an idiotic child. Bullshit, *bleep*ing bullshit.

Strict NAT settings also makes it harder to find specific games, now we're really stuck with strangers or bust.

Also I'm assuming that "security cam" means spectate, so now we can't do anything when we're dead 'cept squint our eyes at a blind spot to try and get a glimpse of the fight. What if more out of map glitches are found? What if the last two players are pussy and have the classic "ring around the rosie", "peek around the same corner" or "camp in the same spot with a chainsaw until he walks by" standoff.

They didn't say anything about fixing the vortex chainsaw, adjusting recoil from the pistol melee or various more complicated player glitches.

I'm sorry but the bad clearly outweighs the good. This is a shit update. Who's up for a massive Live wide GoW boycott? Someone should make a statement, this just ain't right.
