some of the glitches in this game are so cumbersome that theres no way to perform them while playing an actuall match with other people that are trying to kill you. I used to just glitch in private player matches with friends, never in active matches cause I didnt want my feedback to get affected.

Yeah, whats the problem with glitching if everyone agrees to allow it. I do it with my friends all the time since sometimes its more fun to play when you can do the chainsaw run and other glitches.

Glitching is extremely pathetic and is only used by people who are either:

1. Mentally retarted

or

2. Suck at Gears

And normally, if my friends start glitching, I leave the room.

Heres my opinion to glitching, (this goes to strangers) if everythings cool, then yeah no glitching or whatever. Howvever, if the constant sliding and chainsaws continue, then its time to tag, melee, and slide like ninjas :-D

You dont do the ones that miss me off though. Yours are always fruity ones that dont give you any sort of advantage, haha.

Now when you start doing the run or weapon sliding is when I'll be pissed off.

I'm not a fan of real glitches either. But I do weapon slide and long jump. With me playing MLG it's basically necessary.

The weapon slide is probably the most widely used and accepted glitch in Gears. After seeing it being used in ranked everytime I played, I had to start using it also... and it's pretty damn useful. Take Mansion for example-- no more easy headshots from the sniper whenever you get grenades. It can still be easily countered though by a clip of actives from the lancer or two enemies focused on you.

I don't do it unless my team is shit, I'm not on the host or other people are gitching.

DMD-- you weapon slide on Canals (picking up the sniper) all the time.
